Our Manufacturing Units
We operate three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, each specializing in different moulding processes to ensure precision, scalability, and reliability for all your production needs.
Unit 1 – Thermoplastic Moulding
- Closed-loop injection moulding machines (25T–350T)
- Centralized raw material feeding for contamination-free processing
- Expertise in PA6, PA66, PA4.6, ABS, PBT, PC, ULTEM, PEEK
- Value-added services: subassembly, functional testing, pad printing
Unit 2 – Thermoset Moulding
- PLC-controlled compression moulding machines (100T–300T)
- Closed loop thermoset injection moulding machines (120T to 350T)
- Advanced features like breathing cycle and transfer moulding
- Expertise in DMC, BMC, SMC, Melamine, Polyester, and Phenolic
- Raw material testing and advanced product subassembly facilities
Unit 3 – Integrated Facility
- Closed-loop thermoplastic injection machines (60T–150T)
- Closed-loop thermoset injection moulding machines (160T–380T)
- PLC-controlled compression moulding machines (150T–450T)
