ARCE POLYMERS began its journey in 2001 with the establishment of ACME TOOLINGS, followed by the launch of ARCE POLYMERS’ thermoplastic molding unit in 2007. The company expanded its tooling operations to a new premises in 2010 and strengthened its capabilities by establishing a thermoset moulding unit in 2013.

Further capacity expansion of both ACME and ARCE took place in 2015, and a new thermoplastic plant was set up in 2016. Growth continued with the expansion of Thermoplastic Unit II in 2021, the establishment of a new thermoset plant in 2022, and additional tooling unit expansion in 2023.

In 2024, ARCE POLYMERS inaugurated the Gagilapur new plant, followed by another tooling unit expansion in 2025—reflecting the company’s consistent growth and commitment to strengthening its manufacturing infrastructure.
